WHAT IS PERCUTANEOUS ELECTROLYSIS THERAPY EPTE®?
One of the most recent state-of-the-art techniques in the field of orthopedics, is the Percutaneous Electrolysis Therapy EPTE®, a minimally invasive technique. It is the preferred choice of contemporary orthopedists as a rapid and efficient treatment for the majority of tendinopathies, including chronic tendinopathies. WHEN IS IT RECOMMENDED?
Treatment with Percutaneous Electrolysis Therapy EPTE® doesn’t exceed a five-week period (including chronic tendinopathies) and is recommended for common types of soft tissue injuries, for instance injuries of the patellar tendon, the achilles tendon, and the supraspinatus tendon. It is also recommended in cases of plantar fasciitis, lateral and medial epicondylitis, athletic pubalgia muscle strains etc.
